All Neewer products come with a 1-year warranty (2 years for orders on the Neewer official website) from the purchase date. This warranty covers product defects, offering a replacement of the defective product or component.
Return Policy
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Neewer covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer.
- Refunds, if applicable, are for the item cost only, excluding handling or shipping fees.
- Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, Neewer must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.
Claim Requirements
- Provide your order number and a photo/video for a claim.
- For Amazon orders, include the seller’s name or a screenshot.
- Claims for missing products must be made within 45 days of purchase.
- Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Warranty Limitations
- Used products from third parties (e.g., Amazon EU, Amazon.com Services).
- Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, misuse, or accidents.
- Water damage or misuse-related defects.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
- Damage from incompatible voltage (use a step-up/step-down converter for international travel).
Specific Limitations
- General consumers: 2-year warranty from the purchase date.
